Mobility has warehouses in the USA and ships with Fedex, UPS, or other trucking companies.

We ask that you please provide a physical address for your order so it arrives on your doorstep safely and soundly, as we cannot ship to APO/FPO/PO box addresses. To uphold Mobility’s shipping speed, your order will be processed immediately. If you change your mind after payment is confirmed, we will do our best to stop the order, however, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Any refused or otherwise non-delivered or returned orders due to customer’s fault will be subject to the actual (not free) two-way delivery charges and the 20% restock fee. · These items require assembly, as it is a common requirement with freight shipments, it is the consumer’s responsibility to take the product to a local bike/scooter shop for assembly. No claims will be accepted if it is not followed.

· Occasionally, the freight go through rough handling and some screws, wire connectors can get loose. In such a case, it is the consumer’s responsibility to tighten those parts. If the company provides with a replacement part, customer must install it or if it is not possible must take the product to a local shop to do such adjustments or installations. · We deliver to your curbside only and drivers are not allowed to enter buildings, elevators or perform any other tasks.

· In case the freight company cannot access customer’s address, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup at the pickup location designated by the shipping company. Any shipment refused for this reason will result in a deduction from the refund amount; equals to the 20% restock fee and the two-way shipping costs.

1. Please confirm your working telephone number for the freight company, as they will contact you for delivery. Without it, you will not receive the item, and will be responsible for the freight charges and restock fees.

2. You also need to read our store policy regarding delivery questions, such as that you may have to pay extra VAT or custom fees and arrange for custom clearance if you are located outside of the continental US because the item is going to be shipped from the USA. 3. We also ship these items palatalized, and the shipping time may take longer than expected due to weather conditions, the freight company’s schedule etc…therefore it cannot be shipped expedited.
