(In other words, if you are selling ice creams and want to purchase an item under this dealer program- obviously for your personal use- do not attempt to order because it will be deleted).

The Dealer Program is established to provide a reasonable manner of handling business with customers with the following conditions:

  • shipping costs are included in the price, except any special services
  • we can ship directly to your place of business or to your customer’s (except when the order is being financed, we must ship it to your location)
  • some features displayed in the retail site may not be available for wholesale
  • shipping time is about 2-3 days from the date of when the funds become available
  • signatures are required for delivery
  • wholesale warranty is 30 days (the rest can be provided by the dealer), we supply parts
  • cancellation: if not shipped 6%, if shipped 20% restock fee + the actual shipping charges
  • returns up to seven days from date date on which the item is received: 20% restock fee + actual shipping charges.
  • damages, shortages: must be reported via email (support @ mobilityscootrike.com) within 48 hours and such must be noted on the delivery manifest. If not followed, the claim will be denied.
  • due to the freight companies’ size limitations, some products are not shipped fully assembled. In this case, it is required that the customer seeks help at a local bike/scooter shop for assembly, otherwise any related claim will be denied.
  • we reserve the right to address all inquires within 48 business hours via email
  • appropriate refunds are issued only after the item is received at the seller’s location in the same condition as it was sent, with all the parts, showing no signs of use, original packaging etc..
  • all shipments are photographed in case of any occasional disputes
